Hey there! , I’m Sejal, an integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor and couples therapist, based in London, UK.
For more than twenty-two years I’ve supported teenagers, adults and couples who want life to feel lighter and clearer. I’m an integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor and couples therapist—which simply means I borrow the best parts of several therapies to match the person in front of me. My journey through housing services, charities and community centres has shown me how real-world pressures can weigh on mental health.
Think of our sessions as pulling up chairs in a quiet café for your thoughts: a private, judgment-free space where every feeling gets room to breathe. I use person-centred ideas, trauma-informed practice, attachment theory and gentle mind-body tools like breathwork and mindfulness. And because emotions don’t speak only one language, we can talk in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi or Urdu—whatever feels most at home for you.
Clients say I’m warm, down-to-earth and able to find a touch of humour even when topics are tough. Together we might untangle anxiety spikes, low-mood spirals, trauma echoes, self-criticism or relationship knots. We can also explore identity questions around culture, gender or sexuality, always at a pace that feels safe. Alongside talking, I’ll share practical exercises you can use the moment life starts to wobble. Sessions last 50 minutes and can happen face-to-face in London or online wherever you have a quiet corner.
I’m committed to creating an inclusive space for people from every background, and my goal is for you to leave each meeting feeling heard, equipped and more sure of your next step. If you’re curious about how a steady, supportive conversation might open new space for hope and change, I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
